What was wrong
A render script with no product around it — no accounts, no plans, no billing, and nothing that kept working once the browser closed.

What I decided
A complete SaaS product rather than a marketing site: accounts, plans, billing, a background render queue that keeps working after the browser closes, and an editor where users control timing, captions and framing before exporting.
Ship a product people can subscribe to — signup, plans, usage limits and billing included — not just a landing page in front of a script.
