I design and build websites and apps for small businesses, and set up the email that goes with them, at a price you can justify.
They find you on a phone, usually in a hurry, often standing outside. Whatever loads in those few seconds is the impression, whether it is fair or not.
The layout, the words and the colours come from what you actually do. Nothing is dropped into a theme someone else is already using.
The phone layout gets designed on purpose. It is not the desktop one squeezed down and hoped for.
Every page has one obvious next step, and it is usually a call.
The site, and the app and email around it if you need them. One person for all of it, so nothing falls between two suppliers.
I start from what you do and who you want walking in, then draw the pages around that. You see the design and pull it apart before a line of it gets built.
No page builder, no theme, no plugin stack that breaks when one of them updates. That is why these sites load quickly and stay easy to add to later.
Most people meet your business on a phone, often standing outside it. That layout gets its own thinking, and I check it on real devices before launch rather than in a browser window.
Clean markup, real headings, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and the business schema that puts your hours and address where Google looks for them. This is the floor, not a ranking promise.
Appointments, quote requests, callbacks, orders. Built into the site or wired to whatever you already use, with validation that keeps the junk out and notifications that actually arrive.
For what customers do every week: booking, ordering, loyalty, their account. I design and build the app, write the store listings and take it through Apple's and Google's review. The developer accounts are opened in your name, so the app is yours.
you@yourbusiness.com reads as a real business before anyone opens the message. I set up the mailboxes on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, add the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that keep your mail out of spam folders, and get it working on your phone and computer.
Sites need maintaining. New prices, a new page, a photo swap, a plugin-free update, a backup that exists. You can do most of it yourself, and I do the rest.
A trilingual site for a gynaecology practice, with a strictly private administrative area behind it.
A catering platform: public website, customer portal and an owner dashboard handling quotes, payments and content.
A bilingual storefront that takes real orders, with a back office covering the pipeline, calendar, menu and inventory.
A prospecting CRM that finds local businesses without a proper website, scores them, and works them through a full sales pipeline.
A mobile-first pickleball platform where communities, games, leagues and tournaments actually connect to each other.
A subscription platform that turns long videos into captioned vertical clips, with a full editor, render queue and billing.
Drag the handle.
Welcome to our website! We are a family dental practice offering cleanings, fillings, crowns and more. Please call our office during business hours to schedule an appointment.
If the second one is closer to your site than the first, that is worth a conversation.
Talk about a rebuildYou always know what is happening and what is next.
What the business does, who you want walking in, and what the site has to make happen.
You see it before anything is built, and you say what is wrong with it.
The design becomes a real site. Fast, sturdy, and yours to edit.
It goes live on your domain, with the email and the search groundwork sorted.
AdvanceSites is me, Rayan Chenni. I design the site, I build it, and I am the one who answers when something breaks at nine on a Sunday.
The businesses I work with are the ones that keep a street running: a practice, a caterer, a bakery, a gym, a trade. Most of them either have nothing online at all, or have something that has not been touched in years and is quietly losing them the people who checked.
I build in four languages, Arabic included, right to left and properly set. A lot of these businesses serve people who do not read English first, and a site that ignores that is leaving money on the table.
No account manager, no handover, no brief passed to someone you have never met. Whoever designs it builds it, and answers when you email about it.
There is no office, no sales team and no account layer to carry. The quote covers the work.
Prices, hours, menus, photos, new pages. You should not have to wait on me for the small things, so you don't.
Different trades, the same job: look like you are worth calling, answer the question, make it easy to get in touch.
Not on the list? Ask anyway.
Tell me about your businessNothing here yet. I would rather leave it empty than write my own reviews — when a client says something worth quoting, it goes here.
It depends on what the site has to do. A site for a local business usually comes in between $1,000 and $3,000. A store that takes payments, schedules deliveries and tracks stock is more often $3,000 to $6,000. Tell me what you need and you get one fixed number before anything starts, not a range that moves later.
Most of the wait is not me. It is content and feedback. A straightforward site moves quickly once I have your text and photos; booking systems, online payments and second languages add real time. You get a schedule with the quote.
No, rebuilds are most of what I do. Your content, your URLs and whatever search position you have all carry across. The parts that are letting you down get replaced.
Yes, and you should be able to. Prices, hours, menus, photos, new pages: yours. If you would rather not, I do it.
Yes. The domain, the content and the code are yours, and they stay yours if you ever want to take the site to someone else.
Say what it is. So far that has meant quotes, payments and delivery scheduling for a caterer; correct sales tax, pickup windows and stock that stops overselling for a bakery; and a practice site in French, English and Arabic with a private admin area behind it.
Yes. I design and build it for iPhone and Android and take it through Apple's and Google's review. Both stores charge for a developer account, and it is opened in your name, so the app belongs to you. If a website would do the job just as well, I will say so before you pay for an app.
Yes. Addresses like you@yourbusiness.com, on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with the records that keep your mail out of spam folders. The provider bills you directly for each mailbox, so the account stays yours.
You have my email. Nothing about the site depends on me being available, but I am.
What it does, what the site needs to make happen, and any date you are working towards. I read these myself and reply within one working day with next steps and a number.
