What was wrong
Enquiries arrived as vague emails, and quoting, payment and delivery all lived outside any system.

What I decided
Catering runs on quotes, not checkouts. The site had to show the food properly, capture an enquiry with enough detail to price it, and then carry that enquiry all the way through quoting, payment and delivery — in three languages, one of them right-to-left.
Show the work at its best, take structured enquiries instead of vague emails, and let the owner run quotes, payments and site content without a developer.
