A trilingual site for a gynaecology practice, with a strictly private administrative area behind it.

What was wrong
Patients needed reassuring in three languages, and everything administrative needed to stay completely out of public view.

What I decided
A medical practice has two very different jobs to do online: reassure a prospective patient in the first ten seconds, and keep everything administrative completely out of public view. We built a calm, fast public site in French, English and Arabic, and a separate private area that is never indexed and never cached.
Present the practice and its specialities clearly to patients in three languages, be findable in local search, and give the practice a private space to manage its own content and administration.
